If your debtor has failed to pay after sending a Letter Before Action or Late Payment Demand you will receive a Court Action Form to complete. If you decide to take the next step on receipt we will process the county court claim form on the same day provided your instructions are received by 4pm.

How much will it cost ?
This depends on how much debt you are claiming. Our table of costs and fees are listed here.
There are no hidden extras percentage charges or commission charges. If the debt is owed by a limited company we will carry out an online company search to check the current status free of charge.
When your case is not straight forward. We only issue claims for undisputed business debts which fall within the description of “goods and services” We do not undertake the recovery of all debts. We will be happy to advise you on whether the details of your debt are straightforward or not.
